Scope includes ten (10) plants, four product lines, OCM, IBP/Supply Chain, Food Safety / Quality Regulations, Transportation Management, Finance, Complex MOM/MES/PCS Integrations, Operations, EDI, Customer Service, Commercial / Contracting, Trade and Risk Management. Apr 2021 - Jun 2022: Senior Program Director, Cargill. Program Director for $25MM North American (NA) Factory of the Future and Protein SalesForce.COM programs. Scope included oversight of ten (10) digital product development efforts for forty (40) NA plants, along with a data transformation initiative to integrate SAP with SalesForce.com. Digital products ranged from AI/Computer Vision to table-based digital forms to robotics. Nov 2016 - Mar 2021: Senior Program Director, Cargill. Program Director for $115MM SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance Deployment. Scope included architecture, roadmap, process re-engineering, OCM, full SAP Methodology through to deployment. Successfully created Cargill’s first true real-time Global G/L across 1600 legal entities in 60 countries. May 2014 - Oct 2016: Senior Program Director, Express Scripts. Program Manager for $65MM Global Pharmacy Contract / Rules Engine System Implementation. Deployed 1/3 of the US in three separate go-lives. Oversaw Technical Build and Integration of Mainframe, Mulesoft, and Oracle solution. Completed the final major piece of the Merck/Medco Integration.

Led a team and wrote the RFP to replace the ERP at BeTheMatch.org. Partnered with Atomic Data to lead an Application Modernization and Cloud Infrastructure Assessment at Polaris.

As a Senior Leadership Team member reporting to the CEO, established and executed the IT strategy with consideration for architecture, budget, resources, and enterprise-wide impact. Key member of team that bid on and won the $23B+ West Region TRICARE Contract in 2012. Provided technology leadership for execution on $125MM startup program.
