Supervised a small team of analysts and developers to maintain and create electronic forms, build reports, create custom processes, and manage all the data for GE Centricity. Larger projects include:-Implementation of Enterprise Master Patient Index-Development of custom Patient Portal for Affinity Health Group-Reporting suite for NCQA and MIPS

Responsible for building the electronic forms that nurses, providers, and clinic staff used within Affinity Health Group's (AHG) EMR, GE Centricity. I met with providers before they onboarded with AHG to help design their electronic clinical forms. Worked with the clinician for 1-3 months designing the forms from scratch or using paper templates provided by the clinician. Maintained forms after development and onboarding of new clinician.Responsible for custom development processes and reporting that supported AHG clinics in population management, government programs (i.e. MIPS/Meaningful Use), process improvements, and workflow efficiencies.

Developed software for a start-up internet broadcasting company. Particular projects include:Updating Software - Handled updates for the a closed window system that could push Windows Updates and the our software updates to the box. Developed in C++. Also, had to create a front end for the updates to be selected and pushed out to these boxes. Developed in HTML/Javascript/CSS.Server Core - Handled sending video data to the clients. Used WMV format to handle video data to the clients based on logic that would order clients in a binary tree by the client's download and upload bandwidth.
