    A new start business without capital backing, set up with some friends that had experience in the required areas which I considered vital to the success of the business. I took care of Sales and Marketing, I had a brilliant Office manager who took care of accounts and admin and an electrician who was to develop and implement the installation and operations side of the business.As we were very early to the proactive sales approach, we became very sucessful very quickly which caught us out slightly as we identified operational issues that were almost impossible to address, given the size of the business at that time.Successful partnerships with car dealerships such as Inchcape Mercedes and Sandicliffe Ford resulted in yet another hike in business volumes and the pressure to maintain first class customer service in a marketplace that had very few driven and qualified fitters at the time meant that we had to scale down our efforts.This resulted in me getting restless and in order for me to continue on my journey, I sold my share of the business and moved to a larger new start to apply the most valuable skill I now had.... Knowledge .
