At The University of Findlay, I was responsible for conducting professional development/training seminars for faculty and staff through the facilitation of workshops, small group learning opportunities and one-on-one coaching. I was responsible for training involving The University of Findlay's learning management system, synchronous chat tools, online testing tools and other technology topics related to pedagogy. I also had the opportunity to work closely with the Blackboard Administrator, to provide direction for the learning management system and support for the creation and implementation of online, blended and traditional classes. Additionally, I also worked to develop an on-demand video resource library that could be used by faculty and staff. Having a passion for social media, I also worked with departments across campus in developing a social media strategies to promote programs and connect with alumni and incoming students.While working for ATS, I also had to the opportunity to manage our Student Technology Center and the student coaches provided technology coaching and workshops for students across the entire campus.

As a Technology Coach I assisted faculty and staff in need of technology training and support. I also assisted in the creation and development of the Student Technology Center, which served as a student resource for students in need of technology assistance.
