Global Commercial Systems Manager
Current- To lead the group’s Customer Relationship Management programme to achieve an efficient customer focussed commercial operation achieving the highest possible profitability within our industry.
- To define best practice commercial business processes and to train the group’s commercial employees to these standards.
- To manage the commercial reporting standards and tools across the group to equip senior managers with timely and accurate information to support better management decision making.
- Development and support of a Commercial Balanced Scorecard approach centrally & across the regions to establish regular measurement of key performance indicators, against agreed targets, in order to drive improved.
- Manage the group’s commercial Budget and Demand Planning process and systems across all regions to support the global supply planning and finance functions.
- Commercial interface with the Group IS teams to prioritise the effective delivery and support of our commercial applications to budget.
