• To lead the group’s Customer Relationship Management programme to achieve an efficient customer focussed commercial operation achieving the highest possible profitability within our industry. • To define best practice commercial business processes and to train the group’s commercial employees to these standards.• To manage the commercial reporting standards and tools across the group to equip senior managers with timely and accurate information to support better management decision making. • Development and support of a Commercial Balanced Scorecard approach centrally & across the regions to establish regular measurement of key performance indicators, against agreed targets, in order to drive improved profitability.• Manage the group’s commercial Budget and Demand Planning process and systems across all regions to support the global supply planning and finance functions.• Commercial interface with the Group IS teams to prioritise the effective delivery and support of our commercial applications to budget.
