The Company:SABMiller plc was the second largest global brewer with approx 70,000 employees in more than 80 countries. As a FTSE-10 company, it had dual listings in London and Johannesburg, with Group Headquarters in London and Regional offices in Miami, Johannesburg, Zug and Beijing. Global brands included Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Grolsch, Pilsner Urquell and Miller Genuine Draft and was the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler. During FY 15/16, SABMiller sold 331m Hl of lager, soft drinks and other beverages, generating a net revenue of $24bn, with $6bn EBITA.
