Mentys is an Executive Search and Head Hunting firm, specialising in Supply Chain and Commercial Executive recruitment for the Consumer Goods industry. Presented SABMiller's positioning, initiatives, targets and performance related to the above to shareholders, investment analysts, government, the media and other interested parties. Chairman and CEO of the $1bn Czech Brewer, Plzensky Prazdroj, with its global brands of Pilsner Urquell and Kozel. Responsible for strategy, operations and performance in the Czech Republic and for exports, across all arenas of commercial business development, supply chain evolution, financial performance, human resource management and systems integrity. Built and implemented a substantial, long term, growth strategy in a declining market. Created a strong leadership team that brought a 50% profit growth in 4 years.Chairman of the Slovak Brewer Topvar a.s., the largest Slovak brewer and took it through the acquisition by SABMiller and subsequent integration.

Responsible for turnaround and business performance enhancement. Grew market share and profitability despite severe market turbulence and competitor activity.
