Helping on an individual level as well as through the organization Promoting Awareness Victim Empowerment (PAVE), which he’s been an active board member for some time, Simpfenderfer helps those affected find their inner voice, giving them the courage to tell their story. “My customers give me the ability to do something I’m passionate about,” he says. “It takes money and resources to reach out and help. I’m forever grateful to my customers.” Simpfenderfer also supports Priceless Pets in Chino Hills, Calif, a no-kill shelter that was started by an escrow officer during the foreclosure crisis. His message to others is: “Go do something for somebody else that really can’t do it for themselves for whatever reason,” he says. “Just do something!”
