Working with the US Leadership Team and other senior leaders in the US Firm and our Acceleration Centers, I developed our strategy and created a global team of other leaders to transform PwC's Acceleration Centers around the world that support service delivery for Assurance, Tax, Advisory, and Internal Firm Services with automation. Technologies we leverage include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Big Data, and more.As the right-hand of the AC Innovation and Automation Partner, I directly support both he and the program in the evolution of our strategy. I provide leadership for Digital Leaders at each of the Acceleration Centers, who in turn lead teams locally, with responsibility to: transform our staff and culture; identify and develop automation opportunities; and drive the adoption of solutions in order to reduce our manual footprint, increase quality, and speed-up turn around time for delivery.I actively provide thought leadership and direction for our firm-wide automation methodology, processes, and organizational structure while cultivating strong relationships with other innovators both within and outside of the Firm. My global team has helped to drive greater staff productivity per capita in the ACs through the meaningful adoption of automation.

I designed the automation training and assessment tool used by PwC's Internal Firm Services and the Service Delivery Network globally to understand, identify, assess, prioritize, and size automation opportunities (traditional app development, RPA, and RDA). As the Internal Firm Services and Service Delivery Network Automation Lead, I drove culture change, solutioning, and adoption of automation through relationships with senior leaders and partnerships with internal IT and third party providers to deliver solutions.Prior to this role focused on automation, I led stakeholder management and UX for our global service delivery workflow platform leveraging Service Design Thinking to increase adoption of the platform and improve the user experience.I also designed and developed automation and integration capabilities between our workflow platform, resource management platform, engagement restriction repository, and learning management systems to significantly improve efficiency and user experience at locations around the world provide providing a single point of access for information necessary to complete service delivery.

As a relationship manager for the Assurance LoS, I developed multi-year roadmaps for IT product development and support based upon strong relationships with key business stakeholders. While overseeing projects and programs in support of these roadmaps, I ensured that deliverables were of a high quality and SLAs were adhered to by both internal and vendor provided project resources.In addition to the responsibilities related to my portfolio, I also automated the data collection, reconciliation, and reporting of the financials for the entire Assurance IT portfolio--a process which occurred on a monthly and on-demand basis.

While in the role of IT project manager, I was responsible for the delivery of many projects with a primary focus on software development; leading teams within the triple constraints; and responsibility for all facets of a project delivery. I managed projects according to a traditional waterfall methodology as well as agile methodologies including AGILE and XP by drawing upon my technical experience as a software developer and my education as a computer scientist.In addition to the delivery of projects that I was assigned, I also coached other project managers and project resources formally and informally. I facilitated regular meetings of project managers to foster an environment of collaboration within the PMO while also developing and delivering training on project financials and the project management discipline across the PMO.

As a consultant to PwC's IT organization, I was the implementation manager for a global dashboard key to the Firm's audit practice. In this role I worked with 25 territories to ensure consistent implementation, successful roll-out, and ongoing support.Additionally, I was tapped to assist with the software development related to the project and provide coaching to other developers on the team.
