Operated call center as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). This position required the restructuring of all aspects of the organization. Restructured and built up engineering department. With team members made multiple product improvements, option offerings, supply chain improvements, and vendor alignment in order to improve delivery times and margins. Developed an online quoting system to allow dealers to accurately quote products. Established HR department implemented HRIS and electronic time clocks and team member handbook. In addition, oversaw day to day operations and reported weekly to the CEO and from time to time the board of directors.

This position required the restructuring of all aspects of the organization. Including reorganizing the management team, ERP systems (Service Titan), accounting processes and procedures. Initial actions included establishing a VOIP cloud based phone system that integrated with the cloud based ERP system. Met with existing vendors and identified new vendors in order to improve supply chain and improve margins. Established best practices company wide. Established human resources department including new HRIS and employee handbook. Reorganized call center operations to facilitate world class customer service and future growth opportunities.

Migrated operations from two retail locations to ultimately over 40 locations nationwide. Assisted in identifying locations, negotiating agreements, applied for and received local permits, coordinated product delivery, coordinated labor requirements and training, identified technologies, POS, Coordinated mall openings. In addition to assisting to product improvements, establishing supply chain and continued improvements.

Relocated operations to a larger location with an incubator concept for agents. Developed contracts, training, policies and procedures , marketing plan, eliminated internal IT and outsourced IT requirements, researched, vetted and implemented CRM system, migrated telephonic requirements to cloud based system.
