Humanitarian venture with a long-term vision to help address two global issues: waste in edible foods and world hunger. We invested in a freeze dry machine and worked with local grocery stores and large farms in Washington to test the viability of Freeze Dry technology as a method of preserving excess food before it spoils. The overall process was successful and very desirable on both the retail and farm level. Next step prior to scaling this methodology is to bring down the manufacturing costs of large scale machines and integrate in solar power to place these food saving machines on farms all across the planet.
