Responsible for sales, service, operational and financial results for assigned branches. Provides leadership around implementation of key initiatives and establishment of branch goals. Directly supervises assigned Bank Managers and Market Managers. Provides regular inspection of activities and results and coaching of colleagues to meet or exceed established goals and objectives. Work closely with internal departments and sales partners to offer a variety of products and services to customers and prospects. Recruit, hire and develop staff through ongoing coaching sessions, to ensure that all are personally committed to consistently exceeding customer expectations every time, everywhere.
