After the inaugural season finishing 8th in the FD standings, I went out on my own, building the World's first GM Powered S13 Chassis car, that is very common nowadays. Innovative modifications like an LS Swap, cut and modified steering knuckles, were some of the first components as such to enter competition. While innovative, the experience and knowledge to keep the car reliable thwarted any real success, with the car having a mechanical failure at every single round it appeared at. This foundation of fun, and experience both good and bad has helped me in the nearly two decades since. Great relationships with Cooper Tires, Magnuson Superchargers, Griffin Radiators, Sparco, The Driveshaft Shop, Dunlop Tire, and many others, as well as many indirect connections over time have allowed me to have a very vast and long knowledge base on the backend of competitive motorsports, as well as the understanding of programs from shoestring budget to top-tier programs, and what is truly involved to operate them.Since FD, I have participated with success in endeavors in the road racing arenas, as well as off-road, and some commercial advertising and stunt driving opportunities, and a lot of instructing opportunities. My latest motorsports endeavor is that I recently bought and currently campaign an Asphalt Pro-Truck, which is a lower tier NASCAR platform essentially. I race it when I can at Houston Motorsports Park with my local for-fun program using many of the lessons and the knowledge learned at, and since my participation as a driver, and then a driver / team owner in FD.
