I develop all basketball related programs for the Academy. I also mentor between 4-6 coach's on a daily basis. I lead on all on and off the court basketball related skills, drills, and knowledge of the game. Finally, I head up the Community Program, so we can go into the local schools and increase the USBA brand and help grow the LOVE of the game in the Next Generation of Basketball Players. Finally, I teach and tutor the basic skills of math and english to the players and the coach's.
