After 20+ years of building and delivering product, I'm currently bringing my technical and leadership experience to a customer facing role responsible for managing delivery of Allocadia Connect and providing world class support for Allocadia's MPM solution. In this role a few of my key responsibilities are:• Lead product support operation including managing people, process, partners and vendors• Manage delivery of post implementation services projects (Allocadia Assist), working closely with Customer Success and Professional Services teams• Responsible for delivery and support of data integrations with external systems through Allocadia Connect• Lead internal data operations to provide a platform, reporting and integrations for product application data and insights

As VP Engineering at Allocadia, I led the growth of the engineering team from 2 developers to a team of 20, defining and adapting the processes and organizational structure over the 5 years. I am proud to have built a talented and committed team that has delivered more than 75 high quality product releases over that time. In these 5 years, the product has become a highly reliable, secure enterprise platform while we grew from a handful to 150+ customers, including Microsoft, GE and IBM.
