Successfully negotiated development plans, leases, and financing for two restaurant/bar projects in New Orleans, LA. and one in Orlando, Florida. Sourced locations for suitability, negotiated purchase agreements, and acted as liaison with local jurisdictions during the entitlement process. Primary responsibility for New Orleans was marketing both projects to investors and financial institutions to raise capital. In Florida assisted in the sourcing a multi-use restaurant and office facility in downtown Orlando. I worked with Orlando City Planning Division and City of Orlando Historic Preservation Board and negotiated a lease/sale agreement with the Private Equity Group that owned the property. Upon completion, as General Manager, responsible for overseeing all of the operations, which included hiring staff, purchasing, working with suppliers and vendors, maintenance of the property, budgeting, accounting and payroll. In addition, dealt with legal and regulatory issues involved in running the business, and promoting and advertising the restaurant.

Initial employment as Senior Business Analyst with responsibility for reviewing operational systems and procedures accomplishing efficiency improvements. Promotion to Director of Business Analytics, October 2009, with primary responsibility for the successful migration of personnel, accounts and systems of two acquired companies to the parent company.

Significant accomplishments include the acquisition of over $12 million in properties for approved development of 400 residential units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space.

Employed initially during the site selection and design/development phase of Ripley's Museum in the French Quarter. Subsequently oversaw the hiring and management of the full and part time operational staff as well as developed marketing strategies to coincide with other tourist destinations. Achieved 100% of initial operational attendance goals.
