Charged with developing a comprehensive purchasing strategy to efficiently and economically acquire raw and MRO materials for consumption within manufacturing plant. Developed Lean and Kanban strategies to effectively move, store and deliver raw materials for plant floor.

Responsible for the synchronization of global procurement activities related to injection molded plastics. Led the development of Tier 2 resin suppliers for manufacturing purposes internationally while negotiating global contracts. Participated and led cross functional teams charged with acquiring and sourcing appropriate tooling, materials and vendors for custom products intended for local and international markets.

Coordinated the sourcing activities for assigned finished goods with annual spend of over $50M. Responsible for effectively launching new products and maintaining base products with international vendors in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Managed the purchasing and importation of selected SKU's from multiple international vendors.

Charged with creating a daily master schedule for multiple production lines. Responsible for long-range capacity planning and purchasing appropriate raw materials for consumption in production.
