Adeptly oversaw all employee and external communications around the sale of the company to Delhaize. Responsible for organizational development with the major objective of developing and retaining the very deep level of talent within the company both for continued growth of Hannaford as well as for the support to sister U.S. companies, and the operations in Belgium, Czech, Greece, and Indonesia.
