I am an IT executive who creates ecosystems that enable delivery teams to thrive delivering high-value, quality experiences for customers. I have over 15 years of experience leading organizations to deliver supply chain, manufacturing, and transportation solutions both custom and 3rd party. I am a Design Thinking expert and am a certified usability analyst and led a team of internal consultants for a period. My core competencies include Experience Design, Business Architecture, Operations Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Transportation Optimization and Business Process Improvement. I am passionate about applying design thinking and human-centric approaches to solve complex business challenges and create value for our customers and stakeholders. I also leverage my MBA degree and my specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business to lead strategic initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.For the last 6 years I have led a team of approximately 300 people across 14 countries. Two of those six years I lived in Germany. I was a significant contributor in developing the delivery model for one of my previous employers. In this effort, I developed deep knowledge of agile scaling methodologies. In my most recent role, I implemented a SAFe delivery model across my organization. The first 12 years of my career was in the operations department of a major US railroad, and this has given me a unique perspective on how and what should be delivered.
