Project Leading, SDLC experience:* Act as project lead in managing, building, and rollout of a customized procurement system to replace a costly and inefficient legacy system.* Worked closely with procurement team to review RFQ bidding, purchase order handling, expediting, receiving, and invoicing processes. Ensure the new system workflows closely matched the user needs.* Collaborated with software developers to configure and implement EcoSys. Discussed system design, tested user screens and system workflows, and validated data exchange with procurement system.* Built custom reports to meet project needs.Data migration:* Analyzed the data in Replicon, the company’s timesheet system, and its integration with both internal and external accounting systems. Developed and executed a suitable process of extracting and migrating the needed data into the SaaS version of the timesheet system. My efforts resulted with a steady and accurate transfer of thousands of timesheet records into the SaaS application without affecting the internal and external users.* Provided user support for QDMS, a document control system.
