Train and mentor individuals seeking to obtain their PgMP (Program Management Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, ITIL v3 Foundation, Scrum Master Certified, SSGB (Six Sigma Green Belt)- Provide instruction for the required contact hours required for PMP certification. Assisted in the development of an intensive week-long training class covering all aspects of the PMBoK Manual. All project phases, knowledge areas and process groups are reviewed in detail with personal, “real world” examples to aid in comprehension. - A majority of my students take and pass their exam immediately following the class and have over a 95% pass rate, compared to 70% nationally. Over 400 students have participated in my class and passed the exam.

Worked as a consultant in the telecommunications field. Among many accomplishments, I Identified a solution for the Indonesian Government with respect to adding 11 million private phones throughout the country. Researched and evaluated several US companies capable of providing the solution. Presented the product and solution to government officials. Managed risk and timelines for the initial stages of the project. Brought the project to a successful demonstration in Indonesia and transitioned to the local team. The project was the first for the US company in Asia and their largest outside the United States.

Specialized in cellular system design and management. Expat in South East Asia for 7 years.

Oversaw a 50 person systems engineering group in the Philippines. Analyzed employee skill sets against career paths. Devised a training program to effectively utilize these engineers in existing projects throughout the South East Asia region. Evaluated the risks and rewards of restructuring pay and benefits. Dramatically increased group morale through the above steps and achieved a 98% retention rate compared to 80% under prior management.
