This also included the follow-on, 24/7 management of the facility as well as three shifts of operators necessary for supporting a continuous IC manufacturing plant.• Directed and managed construction and logistical planning for many office moves and build-outs; the largest of these buildings was 80,000 square feet and involved moving over 200 employees from four separate geographical locations.• Facilitated public meetings with a wide diversity of opinions for a major US Forest Service plan revision.• Negotiated software distribution contracts / licenses with companies in Europe and the Far East which allowed the company to generate over 40% of its revenue from overseas.• As an entrepreneur, helped grow MicroSim Corp (PSpice) from $.2M to over $12M.
