I lead a high-performing team responsible for building and maintaining our organization's internal developer platform on Kubernetes. My role involves shaping the platform strategy, driving technical architecture decisions, and ensuring seamless, scalable development environments. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, enabling faster, more reliable delivery of applications and services. By leveraging Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies, we empower our developers with a self-service platform that automates infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring, improving overall developer productivity and efficiency.

As a solutions architect I took part in delivering several successful CMS (case management system) projects to Danish municipalities and government institutions.In the largest of my projects, I was hired as the lead architect by the customer, responsible for orchestrating, designing and coordinating the delivery of a solution involving four independent vendors, maintaining a good and professional relationship with the customer as well as the vendors.Solution designs involved techologies such as Kerberos Constrained Delegation, Whale Communications Intelligent Application Gateway (now a part of MS Forefront technologies), Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager, Sharepoint 2010, ASP.Net Case Management integration with Outlook Web Access using front end integration with AJAX and back end integration using web services with Exchange Server 2010, creating a seamless experience across systems.

Developer on Back Office systems, administration systems and CRM system

In the start-up phase of the company's ECM product, Acadre CM, I worked as developer, project manager, architect and consultant.

Starting as a software developer, I also became process responsible for achieving CMM level 2 for the department. After approx. a year I became a Systems Manager of the CMG product development team. A year later I became a Product Manager of the CMG product co-responsible of integrations in the IP domain, a position which I held until Ericsson was forced to dramatically cut down expenses and closed down the development activities in Copenhagen.

Starting as programmer in PC Software Development I took part in developing software for calibrating, fault finding and servicing Nokia mobile phones. I took an active part in continuously improving our tools and changing the organisation structure, advancing from programmer to project team lead and finally team lead of all PC Software Copenhagen.

While studying I was working part time as a developer on the ECM system named "UpDate" for the Danish patent authority, "Danish Patent & Trademark Office". I developed mainly in VB6 and Oracle SQL, taking care of data migration import functions as well as implementing functionality in the system.
