Worked on small team to develop, maintain front end UX-driven customer service portal for modern web application.•Technologies included: AngularJS 1.5, HTML5 + CSS3, Sass, Gulp, Karma, Jasmine, JQuery, data visualization and table plug-ins, with source control through Git, continuous integration through Visual Studio Online in an Agile, Scrum style development environment.• Attended daily status calls with updates on progress, reported hours in detail connected to tasks on Scrum board through Microsoft TeamWork.• Developed features of application on deadlines that were successfully used in demos, leading to establishment of business partners.• Extensive testing of all Angular components - achieved over 90% of Angular code coverage• Researched options for and implemented data visualizations across app.• Brought knowledge of the "Angular Way" to influencing app structure, and refactored Angular code to move business logic out of controllers, leading to increased modularity and testability.• Created and was responsible for reviewing pull requests, as well as end-to-end testing of deployments.

As the director I had a hand in every aspect of the Homage Skateboard Academy, from actually teaching lessons to developing and marketing all programs offered, training instructors, maintaining the physical facility, and implementing, managing and updating the academy's website, www.homageskateboardacademy.com.Before I worked there, Homage Skateshop only offered a couple of one-hour lessons per week. By the time I left, the Homage Skateboard Academy, a separate entity from the skate shop, was offering year round programs, sold out with long waitlists. Under my direction the academy's annual sales grew drastically, doubling between 2012 and 2014. I developed all programs at the academy, including private and group lessons, an after school program, summer camp, birthday parties, special events, and a school holiday program. I coordinated marketing for all programs, worked with City-As-School to have interns participating in the Academy, and did outreach with local businesses and community organizations.
