The tools define an actionable road map that become an integral part of a leader's personal development plan and business strategy.The tools are used to measure the values of over 6,000 organizations and 3,000 leaders in 80 countries. They help foster the transformation of corporations, NGOs, government and municipal agencies, communities, schools, and nations. The CTT values assessment instruments are available in over 50 languages.

I founded Mentoring for Change to provide leadership coaching and mentoring services. During this time I have coached and mentored leaders, executives and professional staff across a range of industry sectors, nationalities and cultures.

I was employed as an executive mentor by Creative Dimensions in Management (CDM), an organisational change consultancy which uses individual and group mentoring to achieve corporate transformation. I worked full time in a Retail Bank as part of its Culture Change Programme where I mentored fifteen of the Bank's top executives within one of its regions, and worked with the regional board to improve its performance and effectiveness.

I worked as an independent management consultant, and as a therapist and counsellor. I worked with the consultancy Pagoda on internal marketing and career management projects and with Venture Capital Report, preparing business plans to feature in the Report and managing the computer network which supported the marketing and subscription databases. I also operated a psychotherapy practice from my home where I saw private clients.Prior to that I worked with Organisation and System Innovations Ltd (OASiS) on the application of expert and knowledge based systems and consulted to a wide range of organisations in the petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, retailing, and public sectors focusing on how they could better exploit their knowledge and expertise.Before OASiS I worked with the PA Consulting Group where I developed PA's expert and knowledge based system capability. I established the Intelligent Systems Centre and became one the UK’s leading authorities on expert and knowledge based computer systems, lecturing widely on their commercial and organisational implications and potential and wrote a book, "Expert Systems: A Management Guide".
