Responsibilities included but not limited to overseeing day-to-day operations of the team, securing over $200,000 in corporate partnerships (both in-kind trade and cash) including naming rights to fan deck, state-of-the-art scoreboard and radar display, marketing and adverting sales, promotional schedule/theme night creation, in-game promotions development, player recruitment, host family recruitment, merchandise orders, promotional item orders, ballpark renovations, paid staff/intern hiring, ticket orders, ticket and group sales, web site development, program creation and layout, pocket schedule design and layout, fence sign creation, customer service, ballpark supervision, on-field promotions, field maintenance, etc.
