About Micheal Thompson

I've never been one to put myself in a box or define myself in a certain way. Growing up I excelled in math and science, but also had a strong interest in drawing and design. I never cared for the left brain/right brain debate, as I've always felt like I'm both, and neither. The creativity behind art and music is amazing. The strategy in a game of baseball is fascinating. I believe there's always room to grow and improve both personally and professionally, and I take this mindset into every interaction with my customers and clients. I'm interested in finding out the why behind outcomes, and this leads me to a strong focus on process. My ability to use both strong analytical skills to understand data as well as creativity in crafting solutions has led me to success in a variety of functions from Marketing and Sales to Training and Education. I am looking for a career where I can combine my 3 strongest skillsets – analyzing data and other insights, converting those inputs into creative solutions, and leveraging my people skills to gain buy-in from clients.
