With more than four years of experience in this role, I have developed core competencies in web content, editorial, new media, and podcasting, which I use to tell the story of Chillicothe and its vibrant community.Before joining the Chamber, I spent over 20 years in journalism, rising from a reporter to a managing editor and a general manager of two local newspapers. During my career, I received multiple awards for editorial writing and public service journalism, and I facilitated regional and national collaborations within the USA TODAY NETWORK. In 2021, I co-launched "Feels Like Home," a podcast that features conversations with influential people from Chillicothe and the surrounding area. My mission is to showcase this region's rich culture, history, and potential and support local businesses growth and development.
