New Car Sales Director
CurrentMy current role consists of many responsibilities. From training and empowerment, to inventory management, to interdepartmental relations there is never time to say "that's not my job." Beginning this job just before the Covid pandemic, I had to be highly adaptable as the sales landscape transitioned into never before seen opportunity. With my team we developed new processes and tactics geared toward maximizing volume and profit while maintaining the highest levels of integrity. With a 'fair price' mindset we averaged a 1 to 2 day turn rate on our inventory for almost 3 years. We have seen the payoff that comes with treating clients with respect and dignity as they return based on their prior experiences. The most rewarding part of my position is being directly involved with training new representatives and showing them that they are capable of shaping their own future by developing their own personal skills and create confidence.
