-Developed and launched Business Advisory Services at FCC. The includes a team of advisors across the country supporting agriculture and food clients with their business transition and management challenges;-Oversee the FCC Knowledge program and team with a focus to educate and inspire entrepreneurs to become CEOs of their operation. Programs include: virtual and in-person events, peer groups, print magazine, e-newsletters, podcast, videos, e-courses, management tools and social media.

-Lead FCC’s customer-facing marketing initiatives and programs including a national trade show strategy, events, sponsorships and industry association partnerships;-Provided direction and leadership to Industry Events team, Regional Marketing Managers, Outbound Call Centre, and Content Marketing and Social Media team.

-Lead a multi-platform content marketing program targeting ag-production, agri-food and agri-business industries. -Organized and deliver 300 small and large scale learning events across the country, reaching over 25,000 attendees. -Developed an extensive English and French multimedia library of 350 YouTube videos, 30 audio podcasts (iTunes) and 70 webinars. -Lead an event sponsorship program delivering key topics and speakers to over 200 industry conferences and events across Canada.-Oversaw two industry leading publications: AgriSuccess, a bi-monthly print magazine focused on management skill development and success stories in agriculture (distribution of 80,000); and FCC Express, a weekly e-newsletter featuring top agriculture news stories, farm management advice and industry outlooks (distribution of 46,000). -Developed and launched a new on-campus marketing program targeting 17 colleges and universities across Canada. -Scored “excellent” in a 360-degree leadership survey completed by direct reports, peers and supervisor. My results exceeded the industry average in all 13 major categories and in each of the 51 questions in the survey.

-Lead the development and implementation of a new customer online multimedia offering through an extensive strategic review, project plan and collaboration with various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -Executed an ambitious online content strategy which involved the development and launch of an extensive library of English and French farm management learning videos, audio podcasts and webinars. -Managed the development of FCC’s AgriSuccess print magazine, a national bi-monthly farm management publication with 80,000 subscribers. As the Program Manager, I chaired editorial board meetings, advised the senior editor, developed and coordinated content plans, edited articles and managed the production schedule.-Managed the weekly FCC Express e-newsletter, Canada’s most read and subscribed to agricultural online newsletter with a focus on the top news, knowledge and outlooks.
