Mymodule was the only one that was completed on time and on budget.During my ten years at Volvo I also served as third level support for the in houseHelp Desk. It was my task to resolve user issues that the lower tiers of supportcould not.

When a medical claim was paid incorrectly it was my responsibility to track down the error and correct it.
