Achieved Bayer collaboration milestones 14 months ahead of contractual deadlines, accelerating product development for the 5-year collaboration.Established matrix pipeline management team, working capacity model, and statistical “pipeline calculator” to deliver aggressive 5-year crop pipeline goal plan. Built novel consumer crop species editing pipelines in mustard greens, blackberry, and cherry. Highlights include enabling Plant Sciences collaboration for blackberry, establishing 3rd party production of critical starting material in cherry, initiating cherry USDA collaboration, and solving significant caneberry pipeline issue through collaboration with academic advisor. Positively positioned Pairwise through external speaking engagements and implementing tour program for investor and high-profile tours. "Lab to Launch" - during this tenure, delivered the mustard green edits and seeds that would ultimately become the first CRISPR launched food in the US.
