We started by developing the BNI Central and Southern Missouri franchise from 2 chapters in Columbia to over (45) chapters across Missouri - it was exciting to bring the power of collaboration to places in Missouri that had not seen an organized referral system before. While we were doing this, we managed the St. Charles County area for the St. Louis franchise, and had one of the top average chapter sizes (29 average chapter size) in the United States (while we were doing this, we managed to rank #3 globally for all franchises)An opportunity opened up to take over a struggling franchise (BNI Arkansas), and with my business partners and a lot of sweat and tears, we took this franchise from last in the US rankings to #1 in the United States- Twice!What I am most proud of was the development of our world class Director team (over 20) and the steps it took to go from a tactical centered Executive Director/CEO to a Strategic centered ED/CEOWe sold this company in 2018 for a significant profit and left it in a fantastic state for the new owners Couple of "highlights" (or proud moments)AR East & AR West - from GREY to GREEN in worldwide traffic lights (last to first!)AR WEST ranked #1 in US – TWICE!!!U.S. record open house – Joplin, MO- 22 members, 303 visitors, 56 new members addedAR East grew 201% since 3/1/11AR West grew 200% since 3/1/11MO Central grew 4863% since 11/1/03Numerous Hall of Fame Platinum chaptersNumerous Hall of Fame Chapter Kick-offs

Help develop Next Day from a concept to a large, profitable commercial visual communications company with 2 locations in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Key clients included: Military Airlift Command (Scott AFB), McConnell Air Force Base, Federal Mogul, Unisource Corporation, Jiffy Lube, Genamerica Insurance, and Pet Dairy. It was a rewarding experience to bootstrap a concept and build it up into a successful operation.
