Partner to the founder, re-launched eLabor (formerly jeTECH Data Systems), a start-up in the workforce management software market with the first internet-based Time & Labor product deployed in a Software-as-a-Service and recurring revenue model. Drove strategic expansion through development of a new SaaS-based TLM product and acquisition of key target companies to round out the product portfolio. Collaborated to secure $23M in several rounds of VC funding to become a nearly $20M revenue leading provider in the new SaaS market.
