The Real Estate Finance team manages a gross global expense base of over $4 billion. The Lease Administration team is part of the JPMC Corporate Real Estate organization. Lease Administration is responsible for the payment and collection of rent-related items. Basic functions include payment processing, desktop audits, account reconciliations, lease abstraction, document control, collections, customer service, metric reporting, and business analysis. Lease Administration has continuous interaction with internal clients (JPMC six lines of business) and external clients (landlords, tenants).
