The designed infrastructure was fully operational within 5 months of initiative launch including documenting requirements, soliciting providers, RFP process, vendor/site selection, contract negotiation/execution, equipment design/selection (converged design), fully operational deployment, and production ready. - Drove enhancements in IT service management (ITSM) including the full deployment of Microsoft’s System Center configuration and operations management platform which enabled service full automation. - Created a staggered storage strategy shortening the refresh cycles for key system components that reduced the storage expenditure by nearly 20% annually.
