I am passionate about best-practice in procurement, being a Fellow of CIPS and having founded SpringTide in 2007. I have always supported the profession and had the privilege of working with multiple organisations across many sectors and geographies. I have driven procurement transformation projects in the UK, Europe and USA. Led and developed category teams and remained focused on implementing change that is sustainable and right-sized to the environment. I have worked within public, private and third sector organisations and worked on hundreds of categories ranging in value from thousands to multi-millions. As founder of Spingtide I am immensely proud of what the team achieved over the years. With prestigious awards having been won and continued retention of client accounts, often spanning several years.Until recently, I was a coxswain for Ferryside Lifeboat and Divisional Officer in Charge and enjoy helping out at the local foodbank.
