CAP project was IH’s major project to replace legacy Healthcare Payer System with Health Rules and IH’s SOA based Enterprise Service Bus architecture. A Solution Architect works with Business User and Analyst to define system requirements and leads development teams in the design and implementation of defined business solution. Worked on Enterprise Correspondence Management projects creating new and converting existing US mail correspondences such as invoices, termination notices and welcome packets. Architecture of IH ECM used PL/SQL, SOA ESB, XML, XSLT and XSD.Project Architect for several data file extracts using Informatica and Cisco Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. IH sends Data to several Health partners such as Beacon, Eyemed, Healthplex and Federal Employee Plans. As the Project Architect I work with developers, Business Analyst to determine where data is to be extracted from IH’s Data Warehouse. I was also responsible for coordinating; documenting all implementation details and keeping multiple projects moving to completion.

OmniHub was a joint venture between CTG and RPCR, where CTG has created a cancer test ordering web portal that will integrate with the RPCR EMR and the Test Lab Information Management System.Helped convert the OmniHub Engine (message workflow component) to a Service-Oriented Architecture using JEE technologies.Maintained Mirth Connect message channels and scripts between EMR - SOA engine and Lab. Helped junior members convert system components into Java Maven projects to automate deployments. Responsible for most system design documentationWorked on the Adobe PDF test report workflow for the web portal

Worked on various Java Spring and jQuery-based websites for LE support teamLead engineer for Google AdWords for video API pilot. Pilot used Google’s (Beta) web services to pull Local Edge customer video ad statistics from YouTube.com and store report information in local Oracle database tables with Spring JDBC

Part of the data integration team of the Heal 17 grant project who used Java and Apache Service Mix to load insurance health claim and other bio informatics data into CTG’s Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) system for research on the grant.Responsible for data mining UB’s Electronic Medical Record system for data import into CTG’s HIEwith Service Mix, helped implement and document CTG’s medical Drools rules that help trigger Accountable Care Management alerts
