    As an executive leader of the T-Mobile Creation Center, I built out a mobile-focused team including roles, processes, and methodologies. Over the years my team included Product Management, UX (Interaction), Industrial Design, and Project Management. Our mission was to create compelling branded experiences for T-Mobile. Before I came to T-Mobile, design was an afterthought that followed late-in-process product specifications. As a designer you basically painted the framework handed to you in the form of a 150+ page specification. Over the course of three years I moved design up in the process to the point where design became an integral part of not only product development but also product strategy. Responsibilities:- Developed frameworks for multi-device, multi-screen UI's and services (myFaves, myAlbum, myContacts, web2go etc.). This included mobile devices (handsets, tablets, and data sticks), emerging devices, mobile applications, web, and mobile web.- Participated in new product strategy with Senior Leadership (VP, SVP and C-level). - Strategic direction of design within T-Mobile's mobile handset product mix, including key franchise devices (myTouch, Sidekick, etc.) and platforms (Android, Windows Mobile, etc.). - Created framework for outsourcing/in-sourcing, managing budget and contracts for contractor relationships and key agency partnerships. - Developed Product Design team process and deliverables to align with other Creation Center innovation partners including UX Research, Strategic Innovations, Product Management, and Marketing. - Named on over 20 patents-pending, including new features on signature services myFaves and Genius Button.

Created comprehensive documentation covering the project lifecycle. • Developed a system of 5 creative queues and teams to balance and manage workload. Established a weekly creative budget for internal clients to manage pipeline. Partnered with the production and business teams to create a prioritization process.
