From the time I was a child, I was fascinated by computers. I read all the books and took apart and put back together countless machines. My life has always been centered around technology, from information tech to the snowboards and skis hanging in my garage here in Bozeman MT. After college, I fell into teaching technology education and was thankful to impart some of my wisdom and passion for technology onto my students. It lit a spark inside of me that there was still so much more that I wanted to do, see, invent and learn. I started Vision Studios and ValleyApps soon after that. In 2016, I began mining Bitcoin and Ethereum in order to keep my house in Virginia warm in the winter while my wife and I spent the winter in Lake Tahoe. I could not believe that I was able to generate my own type of digital currency and utilize my expertise in building computers to do so. It changed the way I saw the entire world and my own future. If I am not tinkering in my lab, working on my businesses, starting a new venture or filming for my YouTube channel...I am in the woods somewhere.
