With Force Field we are we are currently one of the top players within the VR gaming and experience space. As Technical Department Manager I guide all technical people to bring out the best in themselves. Next to that I determine the studio resource needs and help fill in the gaps by recruiting and schooling. I also manage the IT and QA department.

As a Development Director I now manage the technical department of the studio as well as the production department of the studio. Of course I do this in companionship with some other very talented people. The studio currently has a size of around 55 people.
