As interim CEO, I was mandated to develop a strategic plan to transform the 50 year old company with its traditional homeparty sales model, into a modern DTC cosmetics company with a digital & data focused homeparty and webshop sales & marketing model. The "New Mylène" was launched in January 2020.

The Executive Committee Members ensured a smooth integration of the acquisitions and have successfully managed the exit - early 2020 - to a new consortium of private equities. As CMO, my core responsibility was to lead the marketing & innovation across all companies of the Vision Healthcare group.

In the first year, I have reviewed the strategic business plan and I have lead the investment management process that resulted an acquisition of Acar'Up by a consortium of private equity funds. In the following months, the company focused on optimizing the medical device product Acar'Up/ExAller in order to prepare for launch in a large number of countries in partnership with some of the leading healthcare companies active in allergy treatment. Early 2019, I handed over the executive role to a new CEO and remained for another year as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
