During my time at Nike EHQ I worked on building an EMEA Payroll Automated Information Dashboard (PAID).I was tasked to build a dashboard that would be able to read data from several Payroll vendors across Europe and do additional control checks on the data sets. The data would be visualized on an individual, regional, categorial and country level and presented to several stakeholders.• Managed the EMEA implementation of the Nike Payroll Automated Information Dashboard (PAID).• Spearheaded the design, development and implementation of the country specific dashboard, used throughout EMEA, to reduce workload whilst providing extra managerial visibility• Facilitated trainings to the EMEA Payroll teams to operate in PAID.• Created standard operating procedures and recommendation for knowledge retention and the use of PAID.

From February 2019 to June 2019 I did an Internship at the Nike European Logistics Center in Laakdal, Belgium. The purpose of this internship was to work on several Payroll projects that will include automation and flexibility to the team. It also helped me adapt to a business environment in a global company.I worked on several project with stakeholders from different companies and backgrounds. The projects have all been very successful in improving current processes. Due to my efforts and bringing a new perspective on matters, the current processes have reduced manual workload and increased flexibility for future enhancements.• Analyzed the end-to-end Payroll verification process to identify and implement automation opportunities, reducing waste, reducing a significant amount of bi-weekly recurring manual work.• Implemented BPMN methodology to facilitate cross functional business process mapping and eliminate waste for the PrimeTime Digital Move initiative.• Performing as an accountable business analyst for requirements gathering and liaising development priorities with vendor.
