NEULOC is a highly international environment and consists of approximately 75 driven colleagues and is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Key Responsibilities • Enable smooth load- and discharge operations for Maersk line cargo. Manage the load-, discharge- and transshipment-processes for the ports within scope• Continuously reduce operating cost for all Maersk Line cargo operations in North Europe.• Analyzes root causes on unfavorable cost, identifiy impacting actions and drives the implementation of cost saving initiatives across the team• Improve customer’s satisfaction by ensuring cargo is delivered as per our promise• Build strong working relationships with key internal-, external stakeholders, like container terminals and authorities, to continuously drive down cost and optimize processes • Closely work together with the country clusters on meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations • Work closely with our back office in India on developing and improving the global standardized cargo processes

As Supervisor manage the Port Operations Agency department.The management and control of our vessels and terminal operations is a crucial part of the overall efficiency of our Container Business. Assupervisor responsible for the timely and correct handling of Maersk Line owned and Chartered fleet of container vessels with internal and external parties, gain efficiencies on both operations and costs and assure that correct procedures are established and followed up.Also responsible for general tasks like Pilotage Cluster overview, WCPI discount reporting, Cash to Master account, Cost control, schedule reporting, Agency Husbandry tasks all governmental selections, breakbulk and and specific operational tasks like to ensure all global and local dangerous cargo safety and security rules set up by dangerous cargo Port authorities and Governmental departments are established and legally followed up (SOP) Ensuring that all staff under supervision is well trained, follows global and local Safety and Security rules setup by Authorities, terminals and vessels as well as the working hour’s regulations set by local legislation and Work Council. In addition to the regular staff management, the incumbent has to liaise with relevant Port and Governmental authorities, foreign Embassies (Visa applications), Cluster Operations, GSC in Mumbai, Centre functions in WOC & Copenhagen, terminal operators, vessel service suppliers (Pilotage,Towage,Linesman, bunkers) and local MSL organizations in North European ports to optimize operational performance. This also includes control of our terminal and supplier costs and expenses in allingment with LOC cost control team.

Substantive responsibility for associated Custom clearance and Husbandry tasks, general tasks like Pilotage Cluster overview, WCPI discount reporting, Cash to Master delivery to the vessel, special operational tasks OOG, Breakbulk and governmental selections. After office hours responsibility for taking over Landside Operations, LOC Marine and cargo execution tasks. Responsibility for timely and correct handling of our vessels with internal and external parties, gain efficiencies on both operations and costs and assure the correct procedures are followed up.
