Management Team. Responsible for team Startup Acceleration within Novel-T (University of Twente, Saxion Hogescholen, Region of Twente, City of Enschede, Province of Overijssel). Including our (Junior) Business development team, the START Bootcamp, Investor Readiness Bootcamp, programs (START), instruments and capital (TOP regeling, investor relationships).Building the support system (ecosystem) for (innovative) (student) entrepreneurship with multiple instruments, for instance the START program/Advanced. An accelerator program that develops early fase ideas/startups with necessary infrastructure, coaching and development. Coaching startups in developing their business.

Europe’s no1 tech accelerator and the most entrepreneurial university of the Netherlands have joined forces. imec.istart.nl offers tech startups pre-seed funding (between 100.000 and up to 250.000 euro per startup) and tailored support to succeed and grow globally. We support and partner with the most ambitious pre-seed startups – often as their first investor. imec.istart.nl launched in 2021, but the program can count on many years of experience of both the imec.istart acceleration program in Belgium, and the business support of university incubator Novel-T. imec.istart.nl is supported by our funding partners imec, VDL Group, Oost NL, University of Twente, Cronos Groep, Simac, Somerset Capital Partners, RVO, TNO, Verhaert, and Otterbrabant through the Seed Capital loan. Building/managing the brand new (student) incubator at the University of Twente together with the Student Union, University of Twente and Novel-T. With a track record of more than 1000 spin offs/startups at the University of Twente a new place where students build their ideas in to business supported by the business support (programs, instruments and business development) of Novel-T.

Making the 5 biggest sport events in Twente more sustainable. Together with the partners FC Twente, FBK Games, Enschede Marathon, Triathlon Holten, CSI Geesteren, Military Boekelo, Universiteit Twente, Kennispark Twente, Saxion Hogescholen, Regio Twente, Werkplein Twente, Grolsch, Langezaal, Twente Milieu, Asito and PWC.

Developing projects, conferences and leading teams during different projects in countries such as Swaziland, South Africa, Botswana, Uganda, Israël, China, Hong Kong, Turkey.

Bonaire

Organizing projects in co-operation with Krusada and BCF that for instance has resultad in a new beach volleybal court for guests dealing with an alcohol or drug addiction. For this they are in treatment at Krusada. In addition visiting young people in different neighborhoods to learn them 'sport and life skills' and talk with them about the dangers of alcohol and drugs.
