Building/managing the brand new (student) incubator at the University of Twente together with the Student Union, University of Twente and Novel-T. With a track record of more than 1000 spin offs/startups at the University of Twente a new place where students build their ideas in to business supported by the business support (programs, instruments and business development) of Novel-T.

Together with the partners FC Twente, FBK Games, Enschede Marathon, Triathlon Holten, CSI Geesteren, Military Boekelo, Universiteit Twente, Kennispark Twente, Saxion Hogescholen, Regio Twente, Werkplein Twente, Grolsch, Langezaal, Twente Milieu, Asito and PWC.

Developing projects, conferences and leading teams during different projects in countries such as Swaziland, South Africa, Botswana, Uganda, Israël, China, Hong Kong, Turkey.

Organizing projects in co-operation with Krusada and BCF that for instance has resultad in a new beach volleybal court for guests dealing with an alcohol or drug addiction. For this they are in treatment at Krusada. In addition visiting young people in different neighborhoods to learn them 'sport and life skills' and talk with them about the dangers of alcohol and drugs.
