I have spent the better part of the last 25 years leading, teaching, mentoring and providing operational excellence in non-profit and educational organizations, both domestically and internationally. I have broad leadership experience in all major organizational structures: executive level, team leader, project manager, finance, human resources, business strategy, planning, legal, contracts, compliance and information technology. I have recruited, hired, onboarded, trained, and led staff and teams across the world. I have planned, executed and administered complex events and projects in over 20 countries. I love serving people and solving problems. I enjoy digging into the the details while keeping the larger vision in focus.
