I began consulting on the side of pro racing as a way to keep my skillset sharp and earn some side income. After retiring from triathlon, I've built out my practice to a full-time endeavor. In 2019 I took the leap to race full time as a professional at the highest level of triathlon under the guidance of Olympian and World Champion, Julie Dibens. The skills and lessons I learned through the physically, mentally and emotionally demanding endeavor are something I'll carry forward for the rest of my life and what I refer to as the 3 Ps: Performance through Persistence and Passion.
