About Mike Wallis

Helping people grow and achieve their goals gets me out of bed in the morning! I have been coaching minor hockey since 1998, and always focused on helping grow the players into better versions of themselves. This philosophy has helped me in my role at Flynn, building an ever improving team who are relentlessly progressing inspires me every day.I have been on the Flynn Group of Companies team since 2006, this has given me the opportunity to learn and be mentored by so many great people in our industry.Volunteering my time and expertise is also very important to me, I am currently a Director with the BC Construction Association. I am also a member of the board of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association, The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants, and the Langley Girls Ice Hockey Association.
