Currently I am the Adult Learning Coordinator for Wigan Warriors Education Department. Helping people from all walks of life to gain various Level 2 Health and Fitness qualifications. Organising Tutors and Assessors and coordinating the high number of people and courses we run for Adult Education.I am a former Owner and Head Coach of a busy Personal Training Studio in Warrington. An exercise specialist & nutritionist working with people from all walks of life. Helping people on a small group or one to one basis and even via online training.I am also a Tutor and Assessor in Fitness Education. Through this I work with apprentices all over the North of England, helping learners to achieve their Level 2 and 3 Personal Training qualifications. I share my knowledge and expertise that I have built up over many years to help them become the next generation of leading coaches.After many years of employment within a very successful Marketing Department as Senior Graphic Designer, I decided to take the plunge and follow my passion for fitness. I have been involved with sports and fitness my whole life, from working my way up to Black Belt in Karate, to then following my family into Rugby League where I was fortunate enough to represent Great Britain Amateurs on numerous tours. These days Hiking and Hill Walking tends to take up a lot of my free time.I really enjoy working with people, sharing my passion, knowledge and experience. Seeing how I help others and watching people change their lifestyles for the better is the whole reason that I am part of the Health, Fitness & Education Industry.
