Hi, I’m Mike Ward, a cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering businesses and communities. As the Lead Technology Advocate at Turtle Creek Concepts, I specialize in providing small businesses with effective, simple cybersecurity solutions to protect their data, reputation, and growth. My focus is on helping organizations in the financial, insurance, and legal sectors stay safe from the increasing threat of cyberattacks.Outside of my business, I am dedicated to closing the digital divide by teaching technology skills to older adults, helping them navigate the digital world with confidence. I believe in the power of education to create opportunity and drive change.In addition to my business ventures, I am honored to serve as Chair of the Irmo Okra Strut Commission, leading the community's signature event, and as VP of Advocacy for the South Carolina PTA, where I advocate for educational policies that benefit children and families across the state. These leadership roles allow me to give back to my community and make a meaningful impact on education and local events.I also served in leadership positions with Toastmasters International, contributing to the development of communication and leadership skills across South Carolina. I’m a board member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where I help shape industry standards and advocate for the needs of financial professionals.My mission is to integrate technology with education to create practical, community-focused solutions. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology for positive change.
