While attending the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, I was given the opportunity to serve as an intern at a local agency. I soon discovered that a headline is a lean introduction. That a creative brief is a literary outline. Best of all, I learned that every brand has a voice, and an audience to speak to. A fan club who might respond.
